The Alia Palm Project (APP) has launched ‘Farm Hall’ sensitizations in Makurdi, Benue, starting with the unveiling of the Tenera Palm. Mr. Alex Addingi, Special Adviser to the Benue State Governor on International Investment, and agripreneur Mr. Sam Agwa emphasized the project’s potential to position Benue as a leading region in Nigeria’s oil palm revolution. Agwa highlighted the success of oil palm cultivation in Asian countries like Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore, urging the Benue government to adopt oil palm as a key cash crop.
